David Gray is an organizational leader with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations and individuals navigate change, strengthen performance, and build for the future across the private and not-for-profit sectors. Throughout his career, he has built trusted relationships and is known for leading with integrity, collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to helping others advance their missions.

A lifelong resident of Mississauga, David has a longstanding commitment to community leadership through volunteer and board service with The Children's Wish Foundation of Canada, Kids Help Phone, The Credit Valley Hospital Foundation, and United Way.

As a member of the CarePoint Health Board, David is grateful for the opportunity to contribute his experience in support of stronger community-based healthcare. He believes healthy communities are built through accessible care, compassionate service, strong partnerships, and a shared commitment to improving the well-being of others.
